Monitoring
We’re currently experiencing an issue where workspace analytics is unavailable. This is caused by an ongoing incident at Snowflake, one of our data infrastructure providers, which is preventing us from accessing our analytics data.
All click and analytics data is still being collected, and no data will be lost. Once Snowflake’s issue is resolved, it may take some time for your analytics to catch up, but they will be fully up to date.
Link creation, landing pages and link redirects are not affected.
We’re closely monitoring the provider’s progress and will share an update as soon as we know more, or within the next 60 minutes.
