Workspace analytics is unavailable
Resolved - This incident is now resolved and workspace analytics is fully available again.

Although Snowflake recovered from their incident overnight, the service that powers our workspace analytics did not reconnect on its own and needed manual intervention this morning. As a result, workspace analytics was unavailable from approximately 18:00 UTC on October 21 until 08:20 UTC on October 22.

All data is complete and nothing was lost. Traffic and click data collected during the outage was fully processed overnight. Link creation, landing pages and link redirects were not affected at any point.

Update - Snowflake has resolved their incident and our access to analytics data has been restored. We’re now working through the side effects of the downtime, including processing the click and analytics data collected during the outage.

Until this is complete, workspace analytics may show incomplete or delayed figures. No data has been lost, and your analytics will be fully up to date once processing finishes.

Link creation, landing pages and link redirects were not affected.

We’ll post a final update once everything is back to normal.

Update - We’re continuing to monitor the ongoing incident at Snowflake, which is still under investigation on their side. Workspace analytics remains unavailable in the meantime.

Monitoring - We’re currently experiencing an issue where workspace analytics is unavailable. This is caused by an ongoing incident at Snowflake, one of our data infrastructure providers, which is preventing us from accessing our analytics data.

All click and analytics data is still being collected, and no data will be lost. Once Snowflake’s issue is resolved, it may take some time for your analytics to catch up, but they will be fully up to date.

Link creation, landing pages and link redirects are not affected.

We’re closely monitoring the provider’s progress and will share an update as soon as we know more, or within the next 60 minutes.
